WOTD is a POP HIIT workout to come and Get It by Blogilates. Dont judge the workout just by looking. I been so unfit and iut of shape, I had to take a break afyer every two moves. lol. yes, thats how unfit I am.
for my preworkout snack I had a slice of bread with peanut butter and a glass of milk. (I do need some growing >~<). For my post workout meal I had some light tuna and a tortilla wrap. I'll be honest: healthy eating is not my thing latelt, andnso I kinda had to force myself to eat it. xD
Feeling good about myself (: working on thighs and glutes tommorrow, but now I gotta head to work. :( boo-hoo.
