Ever since I started working at KFC and making money, I have been splurging on food not watching what I was eating. Before I started working at KFC I weighed 108, but now I weigh 113! Gained 5 pounds, but thankfully I haven't gained my freshmen 15 yet. Lol.
I haven't devised a schedule yet, but for sure I'm out of shape. I mean, I have been doing some jogging here and there but not as much as I should have. One of the things I do want for sure is to not lose too much weight on my stomach. I notice that when I have a flat stomach, I don't have an trace of curves at all. So whether I have muffintops and love handles or not, so be it because I want curves. haha.
Although I'm not sure which days I will be targeting which body part, I for sure want to incorporate cardio dances and Pilates into my workouts. A few years ago I started following a social fitness trainer @Blogilates on YouTube, and I recently just got interested again! I'm super excited because she makes working out so much fun (:
Next, I am also going to try to eat healthier like more fruits, veggies, and nuts. Imma try to stay away from soda and sweet drinks and substitute those for homemade detox drinks. Horray for healthy! That also means grocery shopping is going to be more of a hassle -_- That means I'm going to have to read labels and think before I randomly put stuff in my shopping cart. Which also means more trips to Trader Joe's. (:
Last but not least, to stay committed, I have to plan my meals ahead of time so I don't go off track. So much hard work trying to be fit and healthy. e.e
